Three days in Vegas

left early in the morning, around 4.30am. Got some more sleep in the car, ofcourse. When I woke up, somewhere around eight, we drove in the middle of the dessert! (Pictures in time) When we crossed the border California-Nevada, we drove 4,000 (someting) above sea level. Hills were dry and no trees anywhere! An hour driving from Vegas, exciting!!
We arrrived 9am; we were allowed to register at 3pm, so uncle H showed me some of Las Vegas, it's huge! So many casinos everywhere. In Las Vegas there ain't hotels with Casinos, but here are hotels within the casions! Huge, huge, casinos. Luxor, Paris, New York New York, Flamingo (where we're staying), Rio.
After some shopping in the souvenir shops, we crossed the streets into a enormous roman building saying 'The Forum Shops'. It was full of shops like D&G, Louis Vuitton, Burberry and on and on and on. It was great to see, the way they built it. The way they built all the buildings in here, so much detail, so much art in it. One replica of the Eifeltoren in Paris, inside had its little France, marvelous! Too bad the pictures are upstairs, but I'll put them on the site soon. Hopping from casino to casino (with its stores - stores are often in the casinos here), it was about 1.30pm and we went back to the hotel to get the car and drive to another casino a little further away, Rio. There we had a dinner (uncle H says for him its dinner, usually after that he plays). We sat in V.I.P. room, and you could eat as much as you like: Chinese, American, European, everything was available. I ate Sushi for the first time in my life, even with sticks (just for the picture). After we had dessert, we walked around in Rio and drove back to the hotel. Then we walked to Bally's, he for registration and me to take a look at the stores and tiny France. We agreed to meet at 6pm in the hotelroom (17 floor, room 100: you have no idea what the room looked liked, I've never seen such a hotel room before. Unfortunately, I've not enough time to tell all, but I will, soon............
